Dawid Pol, AIA, CPHD, LEED AP BD+C, Associate

Dawid Pol is the firm’s in-house Sustainability Specialist. His interest in architecture, building science, and the environment led him to become a Certified Passive House Designer. He sees energy reduction and renewable energy sources in buildings as essential in curbing future carbon emissions.

Dawid has worked on a wide range of educational, residential, institutional, and commercial projects. He has been responsible for implementing innovative new technologies that include a mist fire suppression system and geothermal mechanical plant at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

A licensed architect, Dawid holds Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture degrees from the University of Cincinnati. He currently serves on the AIA NYC Committee on the Environment. 

He joined Murphy Burnham & Buttrick in 2010, and was promoted to Associate in 2014.
