Chelsea Loft

This project is a second renovation of a loft we first designed twelve years ago, reorganizing the original scheme to accommodate a family with now teenaged children. A wall of translucent channel glass introduced into the core of the loft allows daylight from the stair well to illuminate the private spaces beyond. The central space is conceived as a sculpture garden.
