This office served as the original New York sales office of Advent Software, a San Francisco based company. Programmatic elements are organized within the interior of both floors and circulation occurs at the floor perimeter. This provides daylight to public and common spaces, as well as breathtaking views of the Chrysler building and other notable Manhattan landmarks.
