St Hilda's & St. Hugh's SchoolNew York, New York
This project began with a Master Plan defining phased projects for a 370 student school comprising nursery through eighth grade. The original 1968 Brutalist building previously included a high school, and required a complete transformation to better serve the school's mission and pedagogical objectives. Projects to date have included the creation of a new library, the redesign of the school entrance, music rooms, athletic facilities, art rooms, a rooftop addition that houses the new multipurpose Alumni Center, Science rooms, and academic classrooms for the upper grades.
