This project comprises the design of thirteen affordable row house units using sustainable materials and technologies. A raised yard and expanded stoop with seating activates the front of the house and encourages owners to interact with their neighbors and community. Oversized windows and a skylight coupled with a small stair atrium insure maximum daylight and natural ventilation. The sustainably designed houses attain an Energystar rating.
