Naomi Mareschal

Designer | LEED GA

Born and raised in New Orleans, Naomi Mareschal realized her passion for architecture in the aftermath of a hurricane, as her family and neighbors rebuilt their homes. As a professional designer, she channels that experience in centering the needs of diverse users. Her research, drawing, visualization, and graphic communication skills make her an essential team member in the design of schools, homes, and cultural institutions.

Before joining MBB, Naomi graduated summa cum laude with Honors from Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Architecture and minors in Interior Design, Architecture History, and Construction Management. Her thesis on disaster relief housing sharpened her desire to pursue sustainable and humanitarian design efforts. Her inclusive mentality is also informed by her studies abroad and traveling through volunteer work. She integrates ideas of sustainability, user experience, and community interaction with every project.

Naomi is a member of Metropolis Magazine’s inaugural Arch30 cohort, a gathering of 30 talented architectural designers under the age of 30.
