
Sneha Moorthy is an experienced designer and illustrator with an aptitude for complex design challenges. Known for her expertise in energy modeling, she integrates environmentally conscious and resilient design strategies across her work.
Her MBB project experience includes the Gillen Brewer School, Smith Street Workshop, and new facilities for the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. Committed to sustainable design and equitable design processes, she previously studied resilient landscapes in the Mississippi Delta and modeled high-performance components of a net zero energy primary school using U.S. Dept. of Energy guidelines. Her strong foundation in accessible design includes work with the Ability Foundation in India.
Sneha holds a Master of Architecture degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Saurashtra University in India. Prior to joining MBB, Sneha served as lead project architect for a 110,000-square-foot luxury residential development in Bangalore, India. She also worked on several interior and urban design projects to improve accessibility. She received an honorable mention in the 2022 HUD Innovation in Affordable Housing student design and planning competition.
