Taylor is interested in design and construction, and how these two elements of architecture impact the quality of one’s daily life. Before joining MBB, he spent over five years building homes: managing projects and implementing the design in high-end residential renovations and new construction. At MBB, Taylor works on an expansion of Grace Church High School, as well as an intensive restoration for the historic Trinity Church.
Taylor holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Southern Methodist University.
Taylor was a Team Leader for the 2018 AIA National Conference, leading a Day of Service project with Edible Schoolyard NYC at PS 007 in Harlem.
Taylor joined Murphy Burnham & Buttrick in 2016.
