The past six weeks have been unprecedented and challenging for all of us.

We have had to redefine how we work, live and interact with each other in ways that were unimaginable only months ago. Through these challenges, MBB remains committed to our people and to our clients. As we navigate conducting business remotely, we continue to provide the high-level service and design excellence that MBB is known for. Through effective communication, thoughtful planning, professionalism and resolve, we believe we will emerge stronger and ready to meet new challenges ahead.

The MBB partners have advanced a plan focused on the wellbeing of our team and ensuring business continuity. Our people are our greatest asset and we have endeavored to maintain our entire staff and their healthcare benefits by reducing our expenses including partner and staff compensation. We are using this time to not only advance ongoing projects, but to invest in our people through skills workshops and software training, and to support our community through pro bono projects for non-profit organizations. We have dedicated a team to re-design our office space to provide a work environment that will be safe for our people and collaborators upon our return.

We are inspired by our team and grateful to clients, consultants and contractors who have remained resilient and helped us to continue meaningful work during this challenging time. We look forward to safely coming together again, to resume our presence in the office and on job sites and continue the work that we do best.
