Appalachian State University DC Townhouse

This satellite student center for Appalachian State University in Washington, DC is used to house visiting students and faculty, and as a venue for seminars and alumni events. The house includes an apartment for the director and dorm facilities for up to 25 people. The combined kitchen/dining space, wood strip floors, and custom millwork reinforce the residential character of both the existing building and the new program.
